Fuze Restaurant and Mirage Lounge is now celebrating its second season in Avalon, NJ. Chef and proprietor Steve Cozzi and his team have provided a versatile menu that is cutting edge yet very approachable with flavors and a certain style that is sure to impress.
Chef Cozzi is educated and talented in all areas as a graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America (CIA), New York. Over the years his reputation for his creativity and bold flavors has captured audiences attention all over the area, most notably his work in Atlantic City's Red Square, New York City's Osteria del Circo, and Le Cirque, and in nearby Wildwood Crest’s own Marie Nicole’s. Teamed with his twin brother Anthony Cozzi, General Manager, they provide a hospitable experience in sophistication and comfort that will leave you with lasting memories.
